02/14/21 6:37 pm. The staff was terrible with customer service. They were all around the store front as you walked in but nobody even made eye contact. Me n my girlfriend drove in from out of town for outdoor gear for skiing. Something to keep us warm while we were outside is really all we were in for. We finally got half way through the main isle after we walked in, a taller fella greeted us. Which was great, finally right? Well we proceed to wonder around looking aimessly for these items. There is literally no employees in sight the entire time. Nobody offered to help us find anything or to assist us in any manner. We gave up on the idea of finding anything worth while. So we wandered the store some more to make our way out. We oringally walked in an hour to close and you could tell the employees didn't care to be there. We stood by the doors upon exiting for several minutes hoping someone would assist us. Employees all around us and nobody even looked our direction. It seemed they were avoiding anything but getting out of work. No one and I mean no one was wearing mask, which I'm not harsh on. However I do consider it unprofessional. After glancing at the prices and the selections in contrast with the terrible customer service, I will not be bring my business back here again. I'd highly suggest Nordic Sporting goods store in Tawas City MI. Their prices are better and their customer service is...

Extremely anti gun, the management does everything in their power to not sell the advertised specials. There is normally one loss leader item and it's usually reserved for someone they know. Save your time and take their ad flyer to a reputable store and you might be surprised, they'll match the sale price. In the event you choose to stay with Dunhams bring a lunch their minimum wage employees could care less about your time. There are way too many outlets for sporting goods, where you actually get service. Dunhams is circling the drain with anti gun ownership.Dunhams has several additional layers of C.Y. A. Protection up to and including faxing your 4473 to the anti gun corporate offices this store policy causes long dealys. Better to pay a little more and go to a real store. Hopefully the days of big box stores will end. According to the Bloomberg doctrine "give them all they can carry but at great inconvenience" our goal is to close down the manufacturers and Dunhams shares...

I really appreciate having this store in our area so I try to get in at least once in a while and make a purchase. I often know I am spending more than I would elsewhere but I like being able to see a product and try it as opposed to looking in a catalog. So, I appreciate the selection here. There are some great discounts though if you look at clearance type items. Paid less than half price for an item today that the family is very happy with. Great service on today's transaction as well. Hence the 4 encouraging stars.

That being said, I often have wait 5 min. or more to even see an employee. I have even called from inside the store to let them know they have a customer when I am feeling alone (I mean alone, like apocalypse movie alone). Staff is always friendly and helpful once you locate them, though I personally think I shouldn't have to...
