I have been a loyal customer of Alpena furniture since 2008! I came in looking for a recliner..found one but it was but when I got home I fell and it was taken back and I shopped for another one ..I was told if I didn't like it I could bring it back! Shortly after I got it..I noticed it was broken I wanted to return it but I had to wait until another came in..maybe a week? I also had another order I canceled! When I came back to the store the manager yelled at me and told me to get out of the store and said we don't need your business!! I did receive a refund but I should not have been treated like that or yelled at!! I would never go to Alpena...

Bill was a very nice and patient salesman as my mom and my three kids looked through the store. Rex was really considerate on delivery day and even came out to help when the delivery to or second story got tricky! Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a new piece(s) for your home. Not only did we have a pleasant experience at Alpena Furniture they were able to find the same furniture from the other place and give it to us at the same price and offer free delivery with no hassle oh and they gave me wife and I ice cream.
