Ring resized. Great job. Ring broke with in weeks.Had ring they resized connected to another ring the same size.great job broke and fell apart with in weeks. Had rings repaired and reconnected. They are the same rings. But instead of them being level with each other they are off. When brought them back again to get this fixed was informed the rings must not be the same size when I stated they are the ones that did all the work they told me they don't do shoty work and I left. I have the receipt for the work they did on the rings every time. Every time I paid them for the repairs and was willing to pay for them to refix the ring they messed up. Until they said they claimed they must not be the same size. I was baffled they would rather claim they were stupid enough to connect rings that were different sizes instead of admitting they messed up and fix it again and be paid again. The workers are rude when it comes to doing kids ear piercings. My daughter wanted hers done but then when it came she got scared and we were trying to calm her down. And the girl supposed to be doing my daughters ears, goes excuse me as we are talking to my daughter and then she storms away to the back saying she don't have to do anyone's ears. Then we all like what the heck was that and waited a good 5 minutes and another lady came out to do them. We'll my daughter wasn't ready so they didn't get done. So I went in and talked to the owner and he just kept saying it's a free service. We'll you know what I would've rather paid then had to deal with your worker. I'm glad I don't let my employees act like that. My brother was getting his ears pierced. He was very uncomfortable with the piercer the whole time. The lady who did the piercing was very rude and condescending. This is my brother’s first piercing, but I have quite a few, so he asked me to check them and see if they were even and what not. The lady doing the piercing apparently did not like this and asked “do you just want to do this? I’ve done this many times. I know what I’m doing.” Like ok lady, calm down, he’s nervous and wants to make sure his new piercings are lined up with each other.
