I adore this movie theater. The seats are so comfortable - they recline with a footrest and have the option of a heater! Even when you are fully reclines, there is still plenty of room for others to walk down the row. I love being able to book my tickets online and pick out our seats. Yes, if the seat in front of you isn't reclined a small portion of the bottom of the screen will be cut off. If this would bother you, book a front row seat. If there's no one in front of me, I just reach forward and recline the seat a little, then put it back up after the movie. The staff have always been friendly and cheerful. My initial review of this place was 4 stars due to the fact that the movie theater didn't meet all my general requirements. After a minute they finally added seasoning station so that boosted my 4 stars to 5 stars. The place is well built and very cozy. Not to mention the staff is wonderful and totally understanding. They are willing to help you with any issues you may come across swiftly and promptly. The heated/reclining seats also a big selling point, it's not hard to be comfortable while sitting. We had an excellent experience at Sanctuary Cinema. The entrance was very streamlined since we bought our tickets and picked our seats a few days prior. The seats were extremely comfortable and could recline with a footrest, have the seat lowered or raised, etc. It felt like watching in a la-z-boy. They also heat up and have a tray that you can put in front of you. The surround sound was excellent. The bathrooms were nicely finished.
