We had a crazy experience of Texas sized Customer Service from this Pack we flew in from TX and drove up to Alpena for my brother's wedding and we ended up with phone crisis the day before the wedding with the grooms phone you can only imagine the chaos that ensued. I had a problem with my IPHONE charging port - my phone was dead and I couldn’t charge it!
