This Little Piggy Ultrasound — Local services in Altoona

I'm 14w along, this is our fourth child. I've never had an elective gender ultrasound, I've always just waited for the 20w ultrasound with my doctor. Why would I pay cash for something my insurance covers if I wait a little longer? I thought it was silly or for first time moms. Well, my husband couldn't wait so I booked it for him. I am SO grateful we did. The office is warm and comfortable. Nothing clinical about it. The twin bed I laid on was so comfortable. There were two massive TVs to watch our ultrasound on. We could see every little detail of our baby. Way better than those little screens at the hospital! Lindsie our tech was incredible. She was so laid back, knowledgeable, and fun. She got to tell us that after three boys, we're finally having a little girl! I cried and she seemed just as excited as we were. You can tell she just loves her job. The service was so quick, easy, and SO inexpensive. Absolutely worth it. I'll reccomend this to anyone and everyone. If you're on the fence, just go for it! I wish now that I had done this with all my pregnancies. We got SO many images, some 3D and some 2D. We got a few printed out and a TON sent to us via a link, including a video! We also got charts with all the baby's measurements to take back to my doctor. I had an OB appointment the next day and there was an issue that my doctor almost ordered an ultrasound for, but I had all the info from Lindsie's ultrasound on my phone, so they took that information instead and I didn't have to sit at the office for another hour waiting for an ultrasound. Lindsie was awesome! She knows how to keep you & your guests entertained. The studio has a calming feel to it, so you can relax. There's a huge tv & couch for family, so everyone can share the special moment. Lindsie was so kind & patient. My baby girl wasn't being quite the team player for her gender reveal; but Lindsie took her time & tried every technique to make sure I knew the sex of the baby before we called it quits. She even stayed late to get good photos for me. Lindsie was understanding of the distance I traveled to her office & wanted to give quality customer service. Since I had such a good first experience, I came back again to do the HD live version to see my baby girl in the 3rd trimester. It was a very affordable option, plus Lindsie offers a credit from previous services. Once again my little munchkin was being a bit of a diva, but we managed to get wonderful photos & captured some pretty cool moments on video. I love that I have a DVD of everything, plus some photos to frame. The experience both times was wonderful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We are pregnant with twins, and were supposed to have our perinatology appointment today, at 16 weeks, and got a call this morning they had to cancel because the machine was down! They said it would be another 5 weeks until the high risk doctor would be in our town again, so I would have to wait until my anatomy scan. I felt so let down and sad, my heart completely broke because we wanted to know the genders so bad, and just to know they were both all right. I did some googling of private ultrasounds near me, and found This Little Piggy Ultrasound, it was 38 miles from me, so I called and she very kindly said she would come in, not even during an appointment time to do our ultrasound!
