My boys have been at GHOW for 4 years now. They’ve grown in confidence, discipline and skills thanks to coach Guerra’s non-sense approach. These kids here work hard, learn to accept critism, to not make excuses and respect each other. This is like a Little family. The kids celebrate each other and support each other. Coach is strict and serious. He will not baby your child so if that is what you expect then this is not the place for you. Once the kids are on the other side of the mat he expects their full undivided attention. That means parents you can’t be trying to coach or talk to your children. My son joined maybe about 6 months ago and let me just tell you his confidence in his self has ⬆️ he has also become more aggressive (in a good way) he loves going and I love the coach excellent coach I love the discipline he has with the kids makes them better kids for the future . My daughter joined not so long ago and at first she wasn't so sure if she wanted to join she just wanted to give it a try but after trying it she loved it now she wishes coach adam would train them every day😂☺️ it has also boost her self-esteem so much and she is not so much of that Shay girl she was love it. I have been involved with martial arts and mixed martial arts for well over a decade. I have been a main stay at about only 3 gyms. Walking in to meet Coach Guerra and having a conversation with him and talking to him on a personal level then joining the class later that day was a Huge eye opener. He has a special way of getting his point across with his coaching details, and when it's go time he is All business. There are kids from about 9-18 who are very disciplined .. and not only that but everyone is having Fun!
