The snow cones are good but the staff is so rude. Even when it’s their mistake and you don’t point it out or make a big deal about it they’ll talk about you from behind the counter like you can’t hear them. I asked for flat top and got griped at for wanting a bigger cup and pouring it myself even though I asked if they could do that in the first place and the cashier said yeah. I didn’t ask for a remake all I said was can I have a bigger cup, I wanted it flat top, and even thanked them. No big deal unless someone has an attitude about it and these kids felt like their whole day was screwed up by me pouring my own snow one quietly in a larger cup because of their own mistake. Just found this place in Alvin it’s got a great location and great seating area An astounding amount of flavors and crazy combos They have a pickle snow cone! And gummy bears and snickers as toppings, u get the idea this place is WILDLY FUN And the best part of it is it’s so cheap!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could Ppl need to come here...
