Finally getting around to writing this important review from 2 years ago for new Amarillo Home owners looking for an Agent. If I could give a no stars I would. I would highly recommend you steer clear of this Real Estate company. Because of them we purchased a faulty home from a builder the Agent was working with regularly. We were lied to from the Builder and the Agent about the previous buyer that backed out. I had found out later that the previous buyer had hired a lawyer to back out of the contract because of all the issues the builder would not rectify. I called the Broker and he did nothing to help. We had Jennifer Auvermann as our realtor and I cannot sing her praises enough. You can tell she is genuinely a kind person in and out of her working environment. She constantly communicated with us, would answer any questions we had promptly, and was informative without being overly opinionated. Her optimism makes you feel hopeful when looking for a home. She helped us find a home so quickly and gave great tips on what to do to make our offer more appealing on a home that had multiple offers. My experience with that realtor she cost me grief and money she hired this handyman to put in the new hot water heater well he wasn't a licensed plumber so she found one they came and they said it was not going to pass inspection so they fixed it and she said she has to pay that bill then she asked me to pay $100 on it when my closing i had to pay for all of that bill not her she didn't say thank you that was disrespectful to me and she text me when I was in Colorado asked are you going to be out of the house on the 24t I was out on the movers came and load the rental truck im not to happy with her services and you folks at Keller Williams's...
