if I could give zero stars I would... Highly disappointed. Had a HORRIBLE customer service experience a month ago explaining that my box was busted open by UPS and so they, UPS, took EVERYTHING back to return it since I was missing products. I used a gift card to pay for order, which the lady saw and I told her it was a 50 gift card. I threw it away because I'd used most all of it. She said once it processes through the warehouse, they'd send me a credit. So got my "credit" today.... Not only did I not receive my full credit, only half btw, they only gave me credit for what was returned to the warehouse. So now apparently it's customers fault if UPS destroys a box and loses part of your products just FYI. Just highly disappointed all around. Wanted to order these pillows and get stuff from there and was so excited to FINALLY have my "refund" to reorder the pillows and hope that I could actually GET my products. I've never had SO MUCH problems to JUST order pillows. But now I'm just disappointed in that I didn't get my full gift card back, so they have random money in their pocket and I still have ZERO products. Read moreWife and daughter went to KHOL’s to shop for a dress to wear at her very first school dance earlier today. Admittedly teenager girls are difficult to shop for and can be a bit indecisive at times. However, being loyal paying customers for well over a decade, we’ve never been treated like we were treated today. The staff followed us around the department store as if we were criminals waiting for the opportunity to rob them blind. When the manager made his appearance I thought surely he’ll put a stop to this. He actually joined in on the harassment and made jokes with the staff. When we decided we’d had enough we just settled on a dress regrettably and proceeded to check out. The manger followed and had a few shrewd and tacky words that I’m sure violate company policy if not humanities. We are still in total disbelief of how horribly this special shopping experience truly turned out. Read moreI used to love Kohl's, and I dont any longer. The availability was not there for several items I was looking for. What I did find was extremely overpriced so they can take discount items to get customers in the door. I bought a winter coat online for my husband before the big winter storm we just had in Texas. It arrived a week later. It was too big. When I went to return it and look for a replacement, they had no coats at all. I was going to use the credit to buy something else, but the cashier told me I couldn't use any of the credit for return until after it went back through the bank 3 days later. I put down the overpriced items I had selected and left. I am older and wiser, I don't like to play pricing games on overpriced merchandise. A very close substitute for the coat was found on Amazon for $83.50! If I had ordered it on Amazon, it would have been here in time for my husband to wear it for the subzero temperatures. Thanks for Nothing Kohl's. I won't be going back...
