Run away, fast.

I cannot recommend this home builder in a million years. Too many horror stories to mention. Defective homes, the builder himself doesn’t even know whats going on. Home warranty isn’t worth the paper its printed on. Josh makes you do all the grunt work and chase around the work to be done, then when it’s not done, he just says ‘well your year is up, see ya!’ I would advise anyone to please steer clear from this builder. Too many stories of purchased items not honored and not credited to the homebuyer. Mistakes made and to top it off, a 19 year old is now in charge of building projects. Oof. I have not heard one good thing about this builder. Not one. Not a customer focused company. They are in it for the volume and the money and forget their homebuyers as soon after closing as they are legally able to. Too many people i know suffered endless grief and regret going with Llano. I wavered for a while on writing this review, but the newest wave of complaints as of 2023, i simply cannot keep quiet. Please, avoid this builder at all costs. I can stand to see what the people i love and are close to have had to go through dealing with Josh. It’s really sad. The money and resources they have to put into a brand new house to fix things Josh refused to help with or half way fixes but refuses to fix to completion. If he hasn’t been sued, then it’s inevitable at this point.

Horrible experience I was moving one of their tenant at 5020 apartments in Amarillo and upon entering the complex was stopped by a construction worker and in the process their gate closed in my truck and they do not want take responsibility… when their manager Lori was made aware of it she indicated their had been prior damage to the gate and that it was on a sensor and should not have damaged my vehicle which was over...
