Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Amarillo

Husband ordered online, we got a supreme thin and breadsticks. He got there to pick it up. And it was sitting on the counter with four other pizzas. Thought they were supposed to be kept warm till pick up...guess not. He said there was a girl on the phone taking an order and two others playing on thier phones. Nobody even acknowledged him until the girl taking the order got off the phone. I guess Facebook was too important for the other two to acknowledge him. She said that the pizza had been sitting there for 25 mins. He ordered the 30 .mins ago and the online prompt said it would take 20 mins to be ready! Anyway he gets home and we have a vegetarian thin pizza!! We ate it anyways after a good trip around the ole microwave, cause it was cold. So if you are missing your veggie pizza, we got it!...

I always order from this location but usually do take out. This time I chose delivery because I just got back from vacation and I’m unpacking and doing laundry etc. I chose contactless so I wouldn’t have to see anyone. So I hear a knock at the door and I wait a minute. Here I am, no makeup, no bra, hair not done, wearing ratty old sports pants and an old T-shirt, barefoot. I open the door and there’s a man standing there !! It was very embarrassing for me and I’m sure I scared him to death. Pizza Hut please inform your drivers when a customer chooses contactless delivery!!!

Everytime I order the BBQ chicken pizza, they only put a little bit amount of BBQ sauce on there. Just a little bit around the edges by the crust. it's like I'm getting inflation on my pizza, it's ridiculous! If I have to pay over $18 for One pizza I should be getting the full sauce all over the pizza. I should have took a picture of it cuz it looks like there was something wrong with the pizza and their was, barely any barbecue sauce on it. I don't know why they are so stingy with their barbecue sauce but I will not be ordering pizza from them again because this is the only Pizza Hut in Amarillo...
