While I haven't frequented their establishment extensively, the few times I stepped inside, I was pleased to find a relatively clean environment. It's reassuring to see that Golden Chick maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

This was my second visit there. I had chicken there a couple of nights before. The chicken and gravy were so good that I thought I would try their chicken sandwich. I asked if the sandwiches were basically the same. Only difference is that one has the chicken filet and the other has 3 tenders. The clerk reached in the bin and grabbed the filet and said this is what comes on the filet sandwich and threw it back into the bin. I said I'll take two of those. Got home and the fillets were so tough, as though they had been there awhile. Couldn't eat them so I called the manager. I told her what I got and she preceded to say, "No sir, those fillets are cooked to order". I then told her what I saw about the filet in the bin. I told her I would like a credit and I would try them again. She reluctantly gave me one. Well, I went back a week later, a couple of nights ago. Talked to the same manager I talked with on the phone. I also ordered a tenders dinner for my wife. Picked up the sandwiches and dinner and left. Got home and opened the sandwiches. The filet was fine, but the bottom bun was hard as a rock. the top was fine. Tried to call back about 8 different times within a 30 minute period. Each time the phone was busy. Don't think they were taking calls, so just gave up. WILL NOT be ordering their chicken...

Employer that took my order was rushing and not giving us time to look at the menu to decide what we wanted. I called to her to let her know we were ready to continue and she had me wait a few minutes. I told her what sides we wanted, she gave me the total and I said thank you. Just as I was about to drive up she hadn't turned her mic off and I heard her laughing and saying she was rude, referring to me.. I said ma'am and she answered yes and I told her I wasnt being rude. I pulled up to the window and she was still laughing and I asked for a manager. Still laughing she said okay. I called in and asked for a manager and told her I was at her window and had a problem with one of her employees and she said I'll be right there. I explained what happened, what was said and the laughing and she said she'd talk to her and the girl was new. I explained that being new is no excuse for that kind of behavior to customers and how disrespectful and unprofessional it is and again she apologized and said she'd talk to her. This was my first and last time there. One of my friends said there's one being built on S. Georgia so I'll go there...
