The store was messy and none of the employees welcomed anyone into the store. I stood in line to checkout and the one cashier working suggested her co-worker , Diane, open another register to which she responded that she page their other worker. This third employee, the shift-lead , came out from the backroom of the building & got on a register and told Diane to go ahead and open the register she'd refused to open 10 minutes before that. Waiting in line for over 15 minutes with 3 employees available to checkout is a bit much... Needs new younger employees and an active duty manager...
