I went around 4pm. There was not a whole of options left as far as cupcakes go but I had decided what I would order. I waited patiently for the larger group in front of me to order. One of your staff members then got a phone call no doubt asking what kind of cupcakes were left. When it was finally my turn, your staff members still on the phone began taking the few cupcakes some of which I wanted out to be packed up for the person she was still talking to on the phone. So this upset me. I had been waiting for some time only for someone over the phone who wasn't even there to be helped first leaving me who was there with having to decide on something different. So that was frustrating! Then when it was my turn- I get completely ignored after waiting as your staff member began helping the woman behind me!!! Of all the nerve!!! This bakery is excellent, with some of the best cupcakes I ever had. The dessert pizza puts everything to shame though... I can down entire bags of Walmart candy no problem, I can eat an entire box of Little Debbie's no problem, 2 bites of that dessert pizza and I had to set it down for a minute!

It's a monster that I don't think was meant to be consumed by 1 person, but I am coming back for round 2!

Only 1 critique, why put a tip system? I don't know how much the employees are paid, but just give them a raise. I don't mind paying a little more for these reasonably priced desserts, if it means I dont have to think about what the service is worth to me. I am tipping someone for handing me a cupcake... I have no idea how I am supposed to grade that, yet I feel responsible for keeping the employees fed...

Called a week ago just to get pricing on graduation cookies, not even to place an order. They would not even give me a price estimate because they were "too busy with Mother's Day orders" and told me to call again next week. So I go into the store on Wednesday at 5:50PM only to be told that they are "so busy" they are only taking orders Monday-Thursday from 9-5. Then the next day they posted on Facebook about getting graduation orders placed and that they are open until 9PM, but nothing about the fact that you can only place orders at certain times. What is the point of being open until 9PM if you are going to turn away business 4 hours before closing time?? This place is very unprofessional and the employees are rude.
