Way overpriced for what we received and horrible experience overall. We waited over an hour to be seated, and when we were seated, the light above us was out so it was very dark at our table. We waited an additional 15 minutes for a server to even greet us. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo which was 13 dollars WITHOUT chicken. My husband ordered the tortellini which showed 14 dollars and the server asked if he wanted chicken or beef as if it came with the meal. It took about 45 minutes to get our food and only half of our table got their food. It took another 10-15 minutes for the other half of the table to get their food. I was given half a chicken breast on my fettuccine Alfredo, which I did not ask for and the food tasted bland and mushy. When we received our ticket, I had to turn on my flashlight to read it and the meals each cost 5 dollars MORE than what was shown on the menu. We reviewed the menu again and did not see anywhere that it showed an additional charge for meat.
After talking with the Manager. The manager took off my chicken but refused to remove my husband’s chicken from the receipt. She told us it was listed on the menu for the additional charges for any type of meat, then pointed to a very small section at the bottom middle part of the menu (hidden in between other meal options) that showed additional charges for the SMALL amount of meat you get. It is very hard to find and misleading. Also, my brother paid 17 dollars for a crab and shrimp fettuccine and we come to realize it’s imitation crab. Not even real crab. Very disappointed in the entire experience. They are taking advantage of the customers and being very misleading with the prices...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences ive had in a long time. We were seated for 20mins with no waiter or waitress, no bread and no drinks. We had had watch other families being seated and helped immediately while we still hadn't been helped. There were alot of staff just standing around doing nothing or just walking back and forth staring at us. The place wasnt busy at all. With so many free staff you would think someone would ask us if we needed anything since we are looking very upset by this point. We had to finally stop a waitress that just helped a table that was seated after us to see why we havent been helped yet while people that kept pouring in was being helped immediately. After another 5 or 10mins we finally got helped. After an hour i finally received my plate while my husband and 2 year old were still waiting. Theirs arrived 15mins later. By the time they got their food, mine was already cold. If i had started eating when i received it,i would have been finished before they got theirs. Im a huge foodie and the food was bland and a great tipper usually tipping min of 35% for good service and min 50% on amazing service. What we experienced tonight was unacceptable. Was a combination of poor management ,poor service, poor everything honestly. Everyone was to blame. They tried making up with free dessert which we did accept but it was far past fixing the situation. They started getting busy and u can see the service getting better but I Do not reccomend. We will definitely not be back. Do yourself a favor and go eat abuelos. Food is...

Waitress took our drink orders and we ordered appetizers at the same time. After about 10 min we had to track down our waitress and ask for the bread. Skip ahead to 45 min and our appetizers finally came out but still no bread, so it was asked again and another 10 minutes went by and we finally got bread after being there an hour already. Food came out and I ordered the Cajun tortellini. It looked like I had ordered from the kids menu. It had 11 tortellini and 3 shrimp in the bowl. For $18 you would think there would be a bit more to it. Another group member ordered seafood Alfredo. The only "seafood" in it was imitation crab meat which was also about $18. There was a side salad ordered and to my surprise when the bill came was $15. The lobster ravioli had to be sent back. This place used to be real good. Anyone that says the prices are excellent either works there or knows people that do. They charge fresh seafood prices for imitation seafood. Just my bill for 4 people was $120 and the food wasn't good enough to get to go boxes. If we didn't eat it fresh then we sure wasn't going to eat it warmed up again. I might give it another chance later since it was good the other previous times I had been, but it's going...
