I had some lovely unsweet blueberry tea, but I bought a bag of chips which were way too spicy to eat. I tried to exchange them for another flavor and the manager said, "Well, did you already open them and eat some of them? I'll have to call my boss and ask him if I can do that, but I don't know if he'll answer. I can't just give you a bag of chips. Honestly, that has never happened before." We really like this place to get tea. If you’re a reward member make sure to ask for your receipt to get the points. If not they most of the time can’t get the receipt for you and can’t get you the points that your missing. Other than that GREAT place to get tea. On the other hand I love coffee a lot. I worked at several coffee shops prior so I know what go quality is. I don’t know why but the Americano I ordered was not great at all. I have no idea why anyone hasn't told them but their tea has a mildew taste to it. I got one today and was disgusted it taste like they make tea with dish water or something. The last time I came here was like 3 weeks ago and the tea tasted the exact same like it was made with dish water! I made sure to get a different flavor this time and it was still gross.
