Taco Bell — Restaurant in Amber Township

It's a somewhat average Taco Bell. Although, I can't remember the last time I ordered a hard shell taco that wasn't soggy all the way across the bottom. Like they don't bother to drain any grease off the meat or something. The lettuce is always so gross that I refuse to eat it. I asked for no lettuce on a party pack of hard shell tacos. The kid acted like he didn't hear me ask for it, I spoke pretty clearly and loudly, I repeated myself. I failed to make sure the board was right before pulling away. Upon getting to the window, I asked if I had remembered to ask for the tacos to not have lettuce, already knowing the answer. He said no. I gave him this, "really bro?" look. Then said, well I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to ask that there's no lettuce on them. Kid was instantly irritated. There was lettuce on half of them. Pretty sure they skimped on the meat as well. I've worked plenty of fast foods jobs myself. In the kitchen, 7/10 times atleast you can hear the driver ordering the food. It's really not that difficult. Granted, I've never worked at a Taco Bell, but I'm pretty confident they could've done better all the way around. I actually kinda love Taco Bell every once in awhile. Just not this location. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to this place has made me boycott Taco Bell and I love their food. Terrible service. Unhelpful employees. And over the last year I’ve received my order wrong more than a handful of times. I’ve been charged twice for my food and they refused to do anything to make it right and told me I had to call a corporate number to fix it that was in the app and then looked in the everywhere inside the app to find no number. Then went back one more time with an online order a couple months later and they had no record of my order they said they couldn’t find it and said I couldn’t order what I wanted to because it was an online exclusive and my card was already charged and they told me to order something else and that I was just at a loss for the 15 dollars for my other order which was the last time I will ever go to this corporation. And thus far no response about them refunding me for food I never got on two different occasions from their corporate office. They could not be less caring to their customers for their terrible service or rectifying charges for food I never even received. Absolutely horrible service. My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite, we pulled up the the drive thru and we're greeted by a young woman who was laughing about something going on inside. We asked about an item that we saw a commercial, suddenly a man was talking to me, all he could tell me, in a very short tone, is that he didn't know what I was talking about. Then the young woman took the rest of my order, still giggling in the background. I pulled up the the window, it was open but they were there yet, the workers were in the kitchen laughing and making sounds akin to that of a special needs person. A young woman came to the window and I paid. Stumbling on her words she handed me a bag with everything piled in and quickly went back to fooling around with the rest of the staff.
