I’m reviewing Ridge Hall first but will review each business within the hall individually. I really want to love the idea of Ridge Hall in Ambler. But at the end of the day, I think it’s a big mess. The seating available to eat on site is very very limited. The space to both order and then wait for your food is also very minimal. We went there during lunchtime on a day when only three of the establishments were open and it wasn’t very busy at all, and there weren’t a lot of options for sitting and waiting, there weren’t a lot of options to sit and eat on site, and the HVAC/airflow was awful. I felt very bad for the guys cooking food because it was so hot in that building. I’m having a hard time visualizing how roomy or comfortable it will be when all of the establishments are operating at the same time… I also am having a hard time understanding if it’s a busy dinner hour or lunch rush, where on earth are all these people going to eat? Not to mention to even go to Ridge Hall, you have to find parking somewhere in town and then walk to Ridge Hall, then you have to order your food and stand around and wait for it, and if you’re going to eat on site, you have to hope you Score one of the very few tables available on site, or you have to then walk with it back to your parking location and drive home. In the summer, I could see the argument of grabbing an order and sitting on a local bench somewhere in town, but in winter, this does not seem like viable option. Maybe I’m missing something and haven’t gotten a taste of the whole picture yet, but I’ll either stick with the restaurants that allow me to BYOB, or I’ll head down to the winery like Stone and Key or Forest and Maine that have cocktails and let us bring our...

Can't wait to try the other...
Read moreThe concept is great, however, seating options are horrendous, only hightops, not ada accesible, not good for elderly or people with children, no highchairs let alone a table for young children. If this place got busy id be concerned that there is not enough exits in a fire emergency. Kitchens try their best but are so small cannot keep up with a rush of...
