Hope Ave Boutique — Local services in American Fork

The Hope Avenue in American Fork is a great boutique for a variety of women. I love shopping at not only this location (although this one is the closest to me and the one I visit most frequently), but their other locations as well. They have 10 stores total, currently. I love the customer service, staff, and warm atmosphere at the boutique. I love that if I need assistance the employees are willing to help me find what I’m looking for or if I want to browse they are kind to me, but not overwhelming or pushy. I enjoy atmospheres that are calm, friendly, and positive. They have 5 dressing rooms, which is nice because it allows less wait time if you’d like to try things on.

I just wanted to take a minute and praise two of the employees at this location. I moved to Utah 3 years ago and was so blessed to have found HOPE AVE. The manager when I first started shopping, was Kelsey & she is now moved up to overseeing many other locations as well, but she left the store in such great hands. The last few times I’ve shopped, I’ve been helped by Gentry & I can’t say enough about her kindness. She’s beyond helpful, and so genuine. She goes above and beyond, all while smiling the entire time. It’s rare to find such a kind soul in retail these days. She’s a keeper, and she makes you feel so confident in your clothing choices. This review is specifically for Kelsey, the employee, NOT Hope Avenue. I am a size xl & I’m tall. Hope Avenue doesn’t even carry XL! It’s for the twig crowd.

HOWEVER, Kelsey, who is a beautiful, average sized beauty, knew the inventory & was able to suggest three options for me! She, also, referred me to competitors that she knew well! Never once did I feel judged for not being the tiny crowd they buy for.
