Worst customer service experience, in a retail setting, I’ve encountered in a long time.

I’ve had to complete several balloon bouquets over the years. I’ve been to Zurchers in Orem all the Partylands in Utah county, several miscellaneous florists and never had a problem, until today.

They were out of several balloon colors I needed to complete a bouquet. Skye had me running to different aisles to look for balloon colors that she was out of behind the counter and would charge me individually for each balloon and had to ring me up several times as she refused to begin the balloon bouquet until every balloon was paid for. Every time I walked up to the counter with more of the balloons they were out of she ignored me and chatted with her coworkers until another coworker would approach her and ask her to help me. It wasn’t until the supervisor stepped in that my order that had been taking FOREVER was completed smoothly, he helped me get the balloons I needed and helped put them together I’m also pretty sure I was over charged as I paid $25 for 12 highfloat balloons as she failed to listen to how many balloons out of the packet I wanted inflated. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zurchers Party and Customs and I must say, I was blown away by their selection of party supplies and decorations! They have everything you could possibly need to throw an amazing themed party.

From balloons and streamers to tableware and costumes, Zurchers has it all. I was particularly impressed by their selection of themes, which included everything from superheroes to unicorns to dinosaurs. They even had a great selection of licensed products featuring popular characters from movies and TV shows.

The staff at Zurchers were also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations for party ideas and themes. They even had a section of their store dedicated to party planning and ideas, which was really helpful.

Overall, I would highly recommend Zurchers Party and Customs to anyone looking to throw an awesome themed party. They have everything you need to make your party a success, and their staff are friendly and...

Good party store for all the party decor, supplies, costumes, and seasonal things you might want. I've ordered balloons here and they never last more than a day or two, even the mylar ones. And yes, we always pay extra for the high float that's supposed to make the latex balloons last longer. We recently purchased a big mylar balloon for $10 or $12 and by the time I got it home it had already deflated to half it's size. So disappointing. But it was party day and the store is 25 minutes from my house, so we just dealt with it.... I feel like I have much better success with ordering balloons (latex and mylar) other places. But other than balloons we love getting party decor, pinatas, party favors, etc here. They have a lot of great costumes year round. They have a pretty good section for cake and cookie decorating.
