Talked to Maggie after searching an item online I had previously ordered with another design center it arrived broken and the design center decided it was too fragile to ship again so I found American country home store and noticed they were charging twice as much for the same thing however they had a price match guarantee I sent them my original receipt for the same item picture on the receipt also exactly the same they literally said they could offer me 10% off not a price match and then said “just order it from the original store” so not even close to a match. I did find it for just about $200 cheaper with free shipping and no sales tax I’m willing to pay for quality pieces however the prices this place is charging is beyond ridiculous ! Do your research first before ordering here!...

I ordered a pair of Rockport Wicker coffee tables. Within a few months the corner was warped and paint chipping both top, bottom and sides. I sent pictures and contacted the customer service without any resolution after weeks of responses. My opinion is they do not back their products. I am editing my review as the company ended up replacing my coffee tables and charging shipping only which was around $400.00. I bought the pencil post bed and am very pleased with it. I got it unfinished so I could stain it the color I needed. The service was excellent. I had one contact person which was great because she could follow the whole process through, answer questions, as well as make some customized adjustments so it would work with my adjustable bed.
