Worst experience ever in a repair of a phone!!! This guy is working out of a apartment, which I didn’t know until arriving, but after paying in advance to fix my phone I thought I’d give him the benefit and let him try to fix the phone… he told me “ I’m a professional and fix this phones all the time… no problems!” As soon as I smelled the strong smell of cannabis as the door opened … I knew I might be in trouble!! He told me it would take about a hour to fix the phone… ( water damaged the phone) so new battery and screen I was told would cure the problem….. so 21/2 hours later he comes out and tells me something was wrong and he could fix it…. So 325.00 later and no working phone I left…. Totally pissed….. don’t trust this con man …. Save your money and do not use the so called service… all you will get is regret … as I have!!! He also refused to refund any part of payment… even after I told he to just take the parts back that he put in my phone…. That I didn’t want...

I waited over an hour just to be seen, despite having an appointment. When he finally got to my phone, he promised it would be ready in two hours, but I ended up waiting all day.
When I finally got my phone back, the screen was poorly installed, with noticeable gaps and issues with touch sensitivity. To make matters worse, they refused to acknowledge their mistakes and were dismissive when I raised my concerns. Refused to issue a refund which is unacceptable considering he left my screen worse than the original condition.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service. Save your time and money and go...

I was told the part I needed wasn’t in stock because it had been a “busy weekend.” Later, I learned that no parts are actually kept in stock and that customers must pay upfront for both the part and the labor before anything is ordered.
