Had to think about this one. I love the fact you have just about everything a person could want and then some. Yes your prices my be a bit higher than others but it's great having a business like this in our neighborhood. Downside is the staff. I can't stand being mobbed by sales personal and I mean mobbed! If you stop to look at an item here they come, you can't stop and look at anything without an employee crawling on you. I was polite at first but when they start making me feel rude because I don't need or want help there is a problem. I don't want to be rude to anyone but when they won't leave you alone a person can't help but appear to be rude. I even asked another customer if it was just me they focused on and he said no! Their employees are rude and disrespectful to non local customers evidently. As soon as I walked through the door, "I could feel them staring daggers into my back. It's muddy out granted. I wasn't aware how muddy my shoes were. If I would have noticed or if they would have just said something when I walked in the store. Instead of following my Coworker and I around like we were going to steal something. I more than gladly would of just kicked them off at the door and went in my socks. If you need something specific, or if you need someone who is knowledgeable and willing to be helpful, this is the place to go. It is not particularly cheap, but they almost always have multiple varieties of whatever screw, bolt, washer, flange, or whatever thing it is you need. They also have great paint. Definitely worth it to get you paint here.

Additionally, you won't have to walk a mile to get to the door for a quick item. And, they carry Craftsman tools.
