When I passed through Ames one night,, I stopped in the store wanting to get something that I figure a woman might enjoy and usually walk out all flustered and empty handed. Not this night, the store assistant must had seen I needed help and gladly asked to assist me. Kinda embarrassed by her approaching respected her enthusiasm to help me I just flat out told her what vibrator it was I was looking for. After finding it without a problem She then gave me another product simular product and her opinions on both. I was grateful considering I knew very little about both.Then much to my surprise two other woman that were in the store shopping walked up and asked what kind of lubrication I was going to get. Of course I had know Idea that there was a difference Oil or water based. Well all three gave me their suggestions and I made my choice. Then a fourth lady asked from another isle as to if I thought about other simulators that she might enjoy, well of course I had to ask and all of them gladly voiced their opinion. I walked out of there that night spending a little more than I wanted to buy was glad to have the help that I received from everyone there that I was more confident with my purchase than what I would have been without their help. The encouragement and knowledge I received helped out more than one could imagine and to this day I won't turn down help in a store again. I would advise anymore that wasn't sure to at least try to ask for help. Owner was EXTREMELY RUDE to my girlfriend because she forgot to bring her state id before we came in. She was literally in the store the day before with her friends FOR HOURS. She was yelling at her the whole time to get out(funny thing because my girlfriend is older than me), causing a scene, and was overall being very irrational. She also was not wearing a mask in accordance with state guidelines. Mind you all of this was going on while a GROWN MAN was standing outside the store with TWO TODDLERS in what looked like him trying to get them inside the store and the owner did nothing about it. Glad to say we’ll be taking our business somewhere else....

Bought something from them and was told that I could return it. The person on duty also told me that if they would not return it, I could buy a warranty and that would 100% mean that I could return it. Go to return the open and unused product today and get told by a different person that it is non-returnable and the warranty will not cover a return either.
