Very disappointed. I ordered a bouquet of flowers, and specifically asked for sunflowers and that no lilies be included in the arrangement. The bouquet that came had lilies and no sunflowers. When I called to speak with them about it first they were extremely unprofessional, making a series of excuses and also implying that I wasn’t clear enough when I made the order (I called first to speak with someone, ordered online, AND sent a follow up email to reiterate my request). The guy I spoke with said he didn’t see the problem because I got my values worth for the money I spent, which wasn’t the point because I didn’t get the arrangement I asked for!

In addition, the order was delivered a day late to the recipient. And they wanted to call the recipient before delivering, which completely defeats the purpose of it being a surprise.

Will definitely not buy flowers...

The store clerk declined to accept an order to deliver flowers to a housebound person saying the residence was too far away even though it is within the town's regional school district and school busses stop right by this house every day to transport kids to the schools close by the store, and even though I emphasized that I was a long time customer and offered to pay any reasonable upcharge if this route was slightly longer than customary, and even though there is no closer florist. Atkins, another local florist and henceforth my regular - farther away from the recipient - was happy to accept the order and deliver for no...

Never again...Do NOT use this florist. Terrible customer service and should never be allowed to fulfill an FTD order. Ordered thru our local florist FTD, picked out an arrangement from book @ $100...got about a $40 arrangement. They thought we would never see it. Their response was..."the person who received it was very happy". Of course they were! But they just didn't know we spent $100! What do they care...they just got flowers! Seriously??! A shame that they think they can take advantage of people...especially when they have just lost...
