So yesterday (06/30/25) I stopped in a little past noon because I was very thirsty & had been playing with my young daughter at a nearby playground, while my other daughter was at a dentist appointment (I'm not from this town). The heat was really getting to me, but unfortunately I didn't have much money to purchase a beverage. I decided to stop in Share & soon as I did, what I noticed immediately was nice cool air conditioning in a clean, cozy setting. There was a customer ahead of me, so I patiently waited for my turn which didn't take long at all. There were lots of other customers seated, some on laptops, others just engaging in friendly conversation. Once it was my turn, I asked the employee if I could just get some water. I think he could tell I wasn't looking for bottled or anything fancy, just basic tap. He gave me some with ice, then proceeded to point to where the plastic lids & straws were, telling me kindly to help myself. He also did not charge me at all for this cup of water. I was pleasantly surprised at how polite & cordial this person was, especially considering I was not a "paying customer". I have been in this situation before unfortunately & have had other employees of other businesses treat me rudely for only getting the bare minimum, but this young man treated me no different than he did any of the other customers. The overall vibe I got was comfortable & cool, I'll definitely be back & next time I'll be sure to order more than just (tap) water! Even the other customers seemed nice, a few smiled at me while I was in line. I'd also like to add that it smelled heavenly inside like fresh coffee & they had some appetizing pastries also, such as muffins & I believe either granola or protein bars. The menu looked impressive too & featured many options in addition to coffee, including chai & matcha! Well worth a visit for a place to chill & relax, or for something to...
Read morei just had the worst experience ever here. i was here all day (im a 21 y/o girl) in the same seat sharing a table with my friend, and some man came over and put his stuff on mine on my seat that i am clearly sitting in that i got up from to grab a napkin (my stuff was all over the table and my backpack was leaned against the seat), so i asked him to move his bag and he ignored me. i moved it to the seat next to me because what else should i do? and he comes over and screams at me i cant touch his stuff and that that is HIS seat?! like he owned it?! he was rude and demeaning, calling me a little girl saying i was lying about sitting there and calling me names while mocking me. i talked calmly the whole time which really upset him and so he started saying i threw his stuff, to which me and everyone around me denied and i told him to ask them to check the cameras so he could see i absolutely did not. the “manager” who isn’t even the manager just watched and said nothing so the other random customers had to stick up for me. he wouldn’t stop yelling over me so i left crying and called to talk to the “manager” who said he wouldn’t do anything because this man knows the owner and “doesn’t seem like he’d do that.” i am absolutely disgusted with how little the management cared and how they just let this middle aged man scream at me FOR A SEAT? and call me names then say there’s nothing they will do about it. i used to come here almost every day and now i’m never coming back here again. i hope the management learns to care for their customers safety and this NEVER happens again to anyone else. the other people that work here are nice and tried to help, they should get promoted and the guy who made excuses for that deranged man should be retrained to care...
Read moreUnfortunately my experience on 06/05 was disorienting quite literally. I have Celiac disease and ordered a muffin advertised as gluten free around 1130am. By around 2pm I began to feel really sick to the point I called out of work and called the restaurant back as the only other time I have had such a quick onset of symptoms was the last time a restaurant served me gluten even after making them aware of my allergy. After calling the woman who answered asked if the muffin had oats on it to which I responded yes. She quickly told me the label must have been incorrect and that this "does not happen often". I was offered a refund but I declined. I was told the employee would be told the severity of the accident but trust me nobody with an allergy who has been dosed by your food wants money or have a single employee acknowledge the impact. What I want is the time and experience to not have happened and a system in place that depletes the possibility of such accidents. I will not be visiting any of the Share Coffee locations until there is a system in place that makes sure this is not a possible accident and records accidents and why they took place. Loved the muffin, did not love being in physical pain including a migraine, becoming so disoriented I passed out and vomiting due to my breakfast. I understand many are not aware of the severity one can experience due to gluten but this is not just a preference and should have systems as strict in place as other allergies such as nuts. If you cannot offer customer safety with your food then do...
