I'm totally hooked on their infused olive oil and vinegars.
I use the Milanese Gremolata olive oil to coat my pasta after draining when making Shrimp Scampi. The Tuscan Herb olive oil is wonderful to use with Italian dishes. There are oils for dipping and herbs as well.
Those are my 2 favorite olive oils, but there are others that make it difficult to select just a couple. The good news is that they have 4 sizes to choose what best suits your needs.
I buy the largest size of my two favorites and the smallest size for any I want to try out before I invest in a larger size. They come in a brown bottle with a cork top to keep them fresh and away from light.

They offer chocolate and maple vinegars as well. Maple would make a great marinade for poultry or ham.
