In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Anaheim

I LOVE In & Out! Simple menu but food is great =) Not a big fan of shakes, but these are my FAV! =) Probably because they add chocolate syrup to the vanilla ice cream to make a chocolate shakes instead of using chocolate ice cream 😋 In my opinion it's DELICIOUS! They usually get my food order correctly, but the last 2 times I have gone, they didnt =( I dont like onions, so I order animal style fries w/no onions...The last 2 times they had onions in it =( And Unfortunately u can't just pick them out because they are small pieces of onion =( I didn't really feel like going back to get new fries because of the long lines and it's not like it's around the corner =/ I'm sure they would have changed my fries for me, but I shouldn't have to go back because my order was wrong...I know I probably should have checked my order before driving off, but when u trust someone that's when u don't check =/ I will be...

It's In and Out people... If you ever had it, need I say more? As for those who haven't had it before, this is the BEST fast food restaurant EVER! I highly recommend you try it. Their shakes are excellent and thick. Their double double is to die for! If you have small children then a cheese burger should work for them. Also... This is very important! If you don't know they have a secret menu like you can ask your burger to be made animal style, protein style and you can even add more patties and cheese to any burger. Example you are really hungry and want two double doubles for just you, but agree that's too much bread. Guess what? Just ask for a four by four... Twice the meat and cheese but only one bun not two... Awesome right? So now that I have made you hungry put the address in your navigation...

The reason for my 3 stars was that someone spilled soda near the entrance where we were sitting and the mom of the child that spilled it told the female employee and wasn't cleaned up. We told several other employees amd still didn't cleaned it up. That's a major safety if someone walks an falls. Since out seat was right where the soda was spilled we had to tell other customers to watch there step. In 2 occasions 2 customers almost slip on the soda. We left like 14 mnts after and the spill was still there. We told the employee that was at drive thru as he has coming in and just threw a small white towel over it... We left very disappointed as to how they treated a simple clean up to where it can cost In n Out a lawsuit.. Sorry for long message but had to say what I see and what gets reported to...
