Very bad experience. & very unprofessional. I had ordered my bed weeks in advance and the day it was supposed to be delivered the man said he would be here and he never showed up he ignored all my text messages even the next day so I had to call him then he begins to tell me that my bed was not even in stock and that I would need to choose a different bed so I asked for a full refund of my deposit then he begins to say that I will owe $65 for the order fee which I don’t understand because I still wanted the bed but it was their mistake by not receiving it. Then at the last minute they say they have my bed but I decided to take my money elsewhere somewhere more professional and someone that will bring it when they say they will bring it. I don’t recommend anyone shopping here. I did not receive a full refund he ended up taking $20 from my deposit which again I don’t understand because it was their mistake yet I had to pay for it still and I did not receive a bed or nothing in the end. I found Michelle's furniture while searching online for custom made sofa, called Tony, he was friendly and I could tell he is very knowledgeable in his craft. I knew it was not going to be easy making custom furniture during this time, supply chain material shortage, labor shortage, etc.... but Tony came through for us and we got our sectional made to our specs and it is well made, solid with good craftsmanship. Randomly stopped by this huge Marketplace/ Swapmeet and stumbled upon this cute section at Michelle’s Furniture. I am obsessed with Hello Kitty and I kid you not, they have almost everything to fulfill and complete my vanity set. All three reps (Guera, Nancy, and Tony) were extremely helpful. They were all so kind and made our shopping experience exceptional. I would definitely recommend stopping by here if you’re in Anaheim. Will be shopping here again...
