O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Anderson

I called this location because google said it was .4 miles away. Our RV battery wasnt working to start the engine. We called our roadside assistence co. And they said they only pay to bring mobil mechanic out to us, but would have to pay his way home and all charges for time and parts from when he arrived. We told him to wait we would call back. Dean answered the phone I told him all the battery info and he looked up what he had in stock to match, gave us 2 options explaining diffetence in price and why. Then I joking said, well sortof; can you bring it to us and explained where we were. He ask me to hold on while he asked his Manager, who approved him to come out to us pick one of us up and taKe to store to purchase and would return us back to our RV. He arrived with in 10 minutes or less. And off they go. So far this is the most amazing customer service we have recieved from any company while traveling. Very dissappointed in road service which we just bought for a year on 3/20/18. Completely surprised by O'Reilly Auto Parts on Balls Ferry Rd. In Anderson. Thanks to Dean and his Manager we should be back on the road in no time. You guys went way above and beyond all the other guys. And Wow they are back already. I couldn't...

I have went into the Anderson ca store got everything to change my oil in my car the charge me 2 times for a oil filter then they charged me for headlights that I never asked for I returned everything got my money back except for the head light's that they say that they have me on camera taking out of the store I never had any lights at all none was in the bag before I left the store before I realized they over charged me when I asked to see this camera that they have of me taking them they told me that it as been deleted the corporate office tells me to talk to the direct manager who was the one that told me that the video was deleted so my point is if you go to o'reilly's please be careful they will steal your money then...

O'Reillys is cool, as are the friendly folks seeing to any automotive needs or inquiries regarding internal combustion &/or assorted accessories. I've always found what solves my situation at the parts store, the prices are good. Who doesn't love the opportunity to borrow some random or obscure tool that you may only ever use once in your life, these locations will sometimes allow a person to borrow, & so, person makes this request & the tool will be presented, it will be paid for so keep that receipt & when you're finished you can decide to keep the tool, or return it & retrieve your money.
