The Anderson store location is where we started our business line of service and I live in another area but traveled that day to get it going. After two years, I found no need for 3 phone lines and our current internet was not working for us went to the Redding Mall location to update and got told that we could. In short the miscommunication caused an outrageous bill for me as they charged for two internet lines that were not the right products for our area. Anderson was able to pinpoint my issue and suggest the Starlink service. Customer care over the phone repeatedly tried to discourage me ending my current internet lines and the other 2 voice lines. To the point of arguing with me and the in-store personnel. I have spent 3days on this issue!! I am not even close to happy. As of 5/7 the customer care rep, Neil stated they'd end those lines immediately by future dating it to 5/14 but in the meantime in-store it wasn't reflected in the system so I could have service established. I feel like the company has no follow through and only cares to make money off of a loyal patron. How am I to provide services and conduct my own business or my family's needs to complete homework without internet? I have again made 3 20mile trips back and forth to resolve something in a timely manner on my part yet I don't receive the same level of respect? Do better tmobile. That was Monday.
Got a notification today, saying my order couldn't be processed, called c.s to figure out was going on, explained what I was told when I ordered the phone, and all the lady said was "sorry for the misinformation".
Told her to cancel the order.
Update: called the store, was informed that for any order placed online, I had to pay upfront. I wasn't told that when I ordered the phone. Still canceled order.
I am very displeased with the service I have received this entire week. I plan on changing my carrier to Verizon. Surprisingly, they actually have them in stock.

I was trying to return the internet gateway that I never signed up for I just called to get some information about it and it was sent to me and the employee here told me if I didn’t return it I’d be charged 500$ so I went online and talked to customer support and it’s not 500$.
