I purchased shoes last week and the Lady helping me, I forgot her name she short with darker hair, ponytail. She was so good at helping me. She was very attentive to my needs, it took awhile because I have foot issues. I had to return them the other day because when I got home I noticed my feet weren't gonna be cooperative. When I got there to return the guy I assume is a supervisor was working the front and started to help me find another pair but had to work thr register so the gal who helped before saw me and proceeded to help me go through shoe after shoe until we found 2 pairs that would work. UPON exchanging the shoes at the register, there was an issue with the pricing and how the lady originally gave me a bogo on a seperate shoe that was not being returned. The manager guy was so unprofessional when he viewed the transaction issue! He was scolding her right in front of me, apparently she input the bogo in a way she wasn't suppose to, and the return wasn't allowing the correct pricing. The issue got fixed she was able to look up my info and fix it and give me the correct pricing. I felt sorry for how he was talking to her and how he changed his voice when speaking to her. She was so patient, apologized, and had the best attitude. Sorry I couldn't remember her name badge, but I thanked her for her great customer service skills and how she helped me find shoes I can actually wear comfortably! I did notice one of the issues with the register was how they are working from the computer screen and the IPad for rewards. It appears you have to use both to finish the transaction. I suggest they upgrade their hardware for smoother experiences and less issues for the workers...
Read moreI’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of a manager named Jesse at your [Anderson] store. I visited the store seeking assistance and instead of being offered a solution, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. Rather than helping me, Jesse simply told me to go to the Chico or Redding location, which was not a reasonable or helpful response. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and to receive support, not to be dismissed without an effort to resolve my issue. This kind of experience reflects poorly on your brand and makes me reconsider doing business with your company in the future. I hope you will take appropriate action to address this situation and ensure that other customers are...
Read moreI came in today and brought my son who is 4 and Autistic & nonverbal he is obsessed with numbers so when he seen the shoe number chart on the floor he became obsessed and when it was time to leave he had a melt down it became hard to hold the shoes and try to calm him & then the cashier by the name Nacho heard and came over and asked if I needed help and brought my things to the front. he was very kind when I explained the situation and let my son press the numbers on the credit card thing while I finished my transaction. It was extremely nice and made me feel like he genuinely cared about the customers! It’s not all the time I see treatment like that being the mom of children with special needs!! I will...
