Absolutely the worst fast food customer service experience I have endured in, well, ever. I am 39 years old. I have been a truck driver for two years. I have eaten out at many, many places. To the owners of this Sonic; I say this with conviction, and with knowledge in the weight that my statement makes. I seriously hope you fire this kid that is working for you. When I had my order taken she came off nice and happy. At the end of it is when she got rude. I asked a simple, reasonable question about the size differences for the tots you offer. Her answer was small, medium or large. Keeping my question unanswered. Obviously theres a small medium or large and can read your menu. I want to know how big that is? And I asked her to show me so I can see. She answered with the small is a kids size. I do not have kids, I do not order from the kids menu. I can have an idea but how small is that? It was not due to the price difference. I just didn't know how much food I was wanting to consume. I needed a visual as Sierra, the person taking my order was continuing to fail to adequately describe the size Sonic serves. Sierra then, in my opinion, rudely ends the order. Luckily for me the door was wide open so I walked up to further explain why I was wanting to see the size differences. I get to hear Sierra talking about me and how dumb I was for not knowing what size a kids size is and for wanting to know the difference between the sizes. I had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my order. I handed my payment of cash and she pulled out her bag to give me my change. I went to grab the receipt and saw a nice clean paper. As I reached for it she said that she would be back with my change. Takes the receipt and then comes back and give me my change on top of my receipt. Not just coins, paper cash. This time the receipt has some weird stuff on it. And so now too does my cash. Here is a picture of the receipt. It was clean, and then she got my change and then it was sticky and wet. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience. Will NEVER recommend anyone to this particular Sonic. Unless you report back that you have justly fired Sierra. Ordered my standard Chocolate Peanut butter milkshake, they had very few customers at the time I placed my order in drive through. Maybe 3 cars at most parked and served their meals already. I went through drive through and once I recieved my milkshake I had to remove the whipped cream (puke) that I had declined during the taking of my order. Under the whipped cream was a solid block of plain vanilla ice cream.....no peanut butter...no chocolate....and they added whipped cream to boot after I stated no thank you pretty clearly to their suggestion. I drove back through the drive through and the young lady who was working window was impolite when we showed her the blob of vanilla....I didnt ask for a blob of vanilla... after taking the cup of ice cream back from me she said she would "fix" it....not remake it....fix it.... she then took my cup threw some peanut butter and a little chocolate syrup in it and put it under the blender for as little time as possible and then put whip BACK on it and gave it to me.....

No effort was even attempted. I wouldn't and won't waste my time or money coming here again just to have an ill mannered and poorly skilled employee be impolite for their failure to do their job for which they recieve pay and...
