My girlfriend and I came to Boot Barn to purchase Christmas gifts for one another, as we both wanted to get our first pair of cowboy boots. Once we were inside and walking around, a staff member was quick to come over and check to see if we needed anything. She gave us some tips on picking the right kind of boots and what to look for to make sure they fit well. Later another gentleman came around to also check on us and let us know which pairs were popular and why. After we both looked around for a bit we were able to quickly pick out a pair for ourselves. Happy with what we had decided on, we checked out the rest of what the store had to offer. Everything was very well organized and easy to find your way around. All of the items in the store are very high quality and made to last. That being said, things are quite expensive and definitely a commitment. But you are paying for what you get, which is something that will last for a very long time regardless if you wear it...

Although I didn't find any shirts that fit because most of them only go to 2X, And I'm a little fluffier than the average bear so I got 3XLT on my list... But my hot girlfriend found some really cute jeans there and a few other things. Their inventory is purely amazing. If you're a cowboy you're in cowboy Is clothing heaven there. I went to the Anderson location with my boyfriend to get him a new pair of boots. I thought I'd browse the clothes while I waited for him. I walked out and felt completely singled out. I will never go back. They need to work on their customer service and set up a number system for their fitting rooms because the way I was treated was NOT okay. I patiently waited for a fitting room for nearly 20 minutes, and a woman that came up AFTER me IMMEDIATELY was escorted over to the men's fitting rooms to try on clothes.
