El Delicioso Burrito — Restaurant in Anderson

I don't know what happened to this place.I used to go there at least once a week, But now I will never go back there and I don't recommend it for my worst enemy. The woman Maria that normally works is a very nice woman. But there is a new woman there. Thats is nothing less than disgusting. I was shocked when I ordered food.And they completely messed up the whole order.I ordered carne asada nachos And there was no meat in it.No tomatoes no onion, It was a handful of old nacho chips with some cheese. Then I go to take a bite of the Supreme burrito and it was filled with beans. The tacos I ordered are supposed to have guacamole and cheese on it did not. And I ordered a large horchata with no ice And got about half a cup. I called them immediately and they apologize explaining that they ran out of ingredients. I personally would have liked to been told that beforehand and had my order canceled. So I could have ordered some good food but the gentleman that I talked to told me to come in the next time and they would make the food again for free. To replace the order they messed up. I showed up and even saw a posted note with my name written on it. But the lady kept screaming in my face, putting her hand in my face saying no, no, it's too much.Go get your money back from door dash. I told her look.That's why they have my name written right there.And the things they are supposed to replace.But she didn't want to I think she was mad that I was white and spoke spanish. I asked her for the manager's number and she gave me the wrong number on purpose thinking I wouldn't call. They finally agree to remake. Half the order saying that I would have to come back another time to get the rest made. But she continued to get in my face usually I can put up with someone like that, but the way she smelled was so bad. It was making me want to vomit. She followed me outside recording me with her phone taking pictures of me. Then when I got home.I opened it just to find Her hair laying on top of the nachos.They were supposed to have remade. So I just threw away $50. Now, after seeing this new woman in person and the problems with her hygiene.Her scratching on her head with dirt under her fingernails.Sticking her finger in my food and finding her hair in my food.I will never go back and I don't recommend anyone go back there anymore. It's sad I really used to love this place.But that woman and Max The owner that told me he would only fix half of it even though he knew it was a problem telling me to go after door dash and get the money back from them. I just don't see that place lasting much longer and if it does, it'll just be a cockroach infested hole in the wall that only people from outer town won't know about when stopping...

So I go in and I made it explicitly clear that I do not eat pork I don't eat chicken I don't want no meat I want a cheese enchilada with chili verde sauce with no pork. Food is just okay. I just had the worst customer service I think I've ever received. I went in to pick up my online order, I can see a bag sitting on the counter in the back. The guy working the counter is just standing there talking to a friend. So I'm waiting, waiting, waiting while he's blabbing his head off to his friend, while my food is sitting there getting cold. At no point does he acknowledge me. So I finally say "excuse me, is that my order sitting there?" And he IGNORES me. So then I shout it and he gets all indignant about it, telling me that "he's trying to talk to his friend" 🤦‍♀️ Very poor customer service and unprofessional. No thanks.
