They don’t even deserve a star in my personal opinion. I have been going to Dutch every day for the past 7 years. I have never had a mean girl situation till I started coming here. When I took an issue to the assistant manager she turned around and blamed me saying I was always trying to get free drinks and treat their employees wrong, so as time went on things didn’t get better so I talked to the manager he said he is going to talk to them and fix the issue mind you he has known me for about 5 years. Couple days later the assistant manager told me I was no longer welcome because I said she called me the B word which was never said. So I called the regional manager and the assistant manager lied again trying to justify the fact she didn’t want me there saying anything she could. I am fine with the decision at this point they don’t deserve my time or money and it’s a shame the past 5 months I have left every morning unhappy and crying. This is the worst Dutch I have ever been to and I have been to them all. Read moreI just had the pleasure of getting my coffee from a young man named Josh. This guy... Is an amazing person. First off all, my coffee was perfect. What came next blew me away. Josh and I probably spoke for 20+ minutes. The dude is genuine, kind, trustworthy. If i owned this franchise, he would be top of my list as a candidate for management, without any comparison necessary. I found myself connecting on a level that reminds me more of my mom and her hairdresser than a regular coffee run interaction. I felt genuine love from this man. Because of his excellent customer service, i plan to go out of my way in the future to come say hi and of course buy some more coffee. This was a prime example of how natural it can be to make a customer feel warm and welcome, and i feel like i can rely on this guy to bring his best to work even on his worst day. If i need to find work in the future, i wish to work alongside someone like Josh, and you guys are lucky to have him. Thank you Josh. Read moreThe parking lot was nice and clean. Inside it well lit and cleaned up spotless. Which is unheard of at fast food business. The service was very friendly and knowledgable about their menu. The young taller gentlemen was polite and very attentive to our special ordered sandwiches & even my daughters oddly combo of items for hers as well. Lol. But he made a few suggestions none the less. The produce was crisp and fresh and the temp so it didnt get smushy right after they made it for us. So dinner was delicious for sure. And this subway has a drive thru too. Which is awesoooome!!!!
