What a joke! They try to make their shoppers believe that they are getting the best prices there, but that is NOT the case. The 'COMPARE TO' prices they put on all their displays are obviously for the most expensive stores in Shasta County (or they may even be getting those numbers from stores in Sacramento) because I started doing some investigating. WinCo Foods IS More Often Than Not...CHEAPER than the Grocery Outlets. And I checked others like Safeway and Raileys and only on three occasions did I actually find any of the 'Compare To' prices. To me, it's FALSE ADVERTISING, not to mention their limited selections. All in all, out of everything I needed for my Thanksgiving dinner....only two of the items were cheaper than WinCo, and they only had 7 of the items I needed in their stores. Don't fall for their...

Originally a thriving "Outlets Mall," this shopping center has fallen on hard times. There are way too many empty storefront units. There are still a Grocery Outlet, One multiplex theater, a few restaurants, and a handful of targeted category stores. Not horrible, but a shadow of what it used to be. Once a tourist destination, there is still a California Visitors Center on the property and a weekly farmer's market during warmer seasons. I go here to hit up Valley Cinema. The parking lot is usually fairly open. The parking spots are larger to accommodate larger vehicles which unlike since I drive a truck. There are a few different stores to go to and a restaurant that is super good. The parking lot is fairly clean which I appreciate because nobody wants to park in garbage. You may want to be careful when driving through through because it does get busy sometimes and people like to jump out from behind cars. There are also kids...
