Woman in her thirties maybe idk I went in with my husband we went over to where the line starts. No one behind us but I was being rushed to decide what I wanted. Then!!! I mention I wanted a plate and the first thing I wanted on the plate was the walnut shrimp and she jumped on that to say oh! It’s blah blah blah extra because it’s a special item or something like that. The price is on there and I can read!! If I wanted it what does it matter that it’s a specialty item? After she was spouting about it being extra and more money it was a turn off to even be there. I didn’t feel welcome. Maybe she didn’t think I had the money for the walnut shrimp idk but I have never been to a Panda Express where they have to tell me the prices on the items. It was super strange and I hope she doesn’t work there long because she has an attitude and needs another job where she doesn’t work with people or customers. Very weird. It was our first time at the Anderson panda. We’ve been to panda up and down California and never have I ever been talked to about the prices. I could buy every single item on the menu if I wanted lol. She needs to be trained on interpersonal communication. She’s lacking certain skills. I’m sure she will know who she is. Um, I had to step back because I was being rushed, thankfully she went away and a young man was very helpful. A much better...
Read moreThe staff were very unfriendly. There was no line ahead of me and yet I waited un-greeted and un- helped for quite a while. There were 4 employees behind the counter, and no one even acknowledged I was there. One employee, Tanner, was having a long and inappropriate conversation with a friend of his about their plans for later this evening, and even called a manager up to apply a discount for that friends meal; Even the manager offered me no help and disappeared. Another employee stood directly in front of me behind the counter, filling a phone/online order and couldn't be bothered to even say hello. The gentleman doing the dishes finished up, looked in my direction and headed to the back. It wasn't until Tanner was done with his conversation that I was able to place my order, even then he was distracted and in a hurry. The worst part is that the only reason I didn't walk out after the first 5 minutes was that I really wanted some delicious panda express, and it was cold and tasted off. I'll find another place for lunch in the...
Read moreI would give zero stars but that's not an option.
Every single time I go to this location they are out of pretty much everything I want. I went through the drive up tonight at 838pm and they were "out" of the staples (Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, Broccoli Beef). They told me I could wait 10 minutes for a new batch of Orange Chicken but was out of luck on the Teriyaki since they were "closing soon," and their grill was off. I finally got so frustrated that I told them to cancel the whole order, which was going to add up to well over $40, and as I drove away I read the store hours. Turns out they don't close until 930pm. This place legit stops making food and turns off their grill an hour before closing time!! Who does that?!
That's the last time I'm giving that location a second thought. I'm also going to complain to corporate because something tells me the canned answer I'm going to back on a regular complaint is that this ridiculousness...
