D&B NAIL SPA — Local services in Anderson

I had high hopes for this nail spa, and it looks clean and upscale. But I had booked ahead of time with a specific technician (based on her reviews) and I told the owner this when I walked in. I was basically ignored and she put me with an older gentleman, while the technician I asked for was right next to me taking care of another client who came in at the same time as me and didn't have an appointment. So the man who did my pedicure was OK, when he wasn't staring off into space. He spent so much time rubbing the salt scrub into my leg I had to tell him enough! Then, a younger man who had been sitting in another spa chair (apparently meditating?) jumped up to polish my nails when the older man was finished and just got up and left me there. A little confusing. He polished them so quickly, he only polished half of one of my nails! I didn't notice until I was at home. Then he told me to sit there (supposedly to dry) and ignored me until I put my own sandals on and left on my own. If I do go back, I will insist on Kathy, who was delightful...

I seriously couldn't recommend them more! Didn't have to wait at all and they stayed 30 minutes passed the closing time on a Friday just for us (even though I called and said I couldn't make it until 30 minutes passed when I was scheduled to come!) They were very gracious and encouraging saying to come whenever we could make it :) i felt really bad but they were all so very nice didn't feel rushed at all! They took their time and are very meticulous with attention to detail on design.They walked back and forth multiple times to double check the designs and get everything perfect never had that kind of treatment anywhere else! The water was not very warm but seeing how kind they are i could have asked im sure they would have warmed it up no problem but i decided not to. This is the only place I'll go from now on and...

Over priced and under quality. I went in last weekend. I got gel mani pedi for myself and an 8 year old.$122 plus tip. I was distracted by the person doing my mani while they were placing jewels on my 8 year old. The next day her jewels fell off and my mani didnt even make it a week. This pic was taken 8 days after. I was charged full price for her. I was charged more then their children's prices. I wasnt aware of their children's prices untill now when i looked at their photos. I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I do not recommend going there unless you are looking for poor quality and price gouging! Communication was horrid. And they use their lack of English as a tool to add on services ....
