I have been a loyal customer for years and although their prices were a bit high their employees were friendly and I had no problems until recently. I wanted to see if they had something for my dog and right when I walked into the store I was immediately asked if I knew where I was headed in a very rude manner and tone of voice by an older long grey haired man that I've never seen before. I responded in a polite way though I was not happy about his tone towards me, and told him Yes I knew where I was going and that I was looking for something for my dog. Then while in the aisle looking at what they had he came and asked what it was I was looking for. I told him and he very rudely said "There's a section for that" which he could clearly see I was already looking at. Then he said " You're not going to get any antibiotics here." I tried to explain to him I had a prescription from the vet but he turned and walked away while I was talking to him. This is NOT how you treat your LOYAL PAYING customers!! From this experience I have decided I will take my business elsewhere to a business that will treat me with respect and not be so rude. I will not be doing business with Tractor Supply in Anderson California any more due to the horrible attitude and unnecessary rude behavior of this employee. It's a shame. Word of mouth travels fast and I can get they will be losing quite a few more customers as well. Here's some advice: DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY ARE THIEVES OR TREAT THEM RUDELY JUST BECAUSE THEY DON'T LOOK THE WAY YOU THINK THEY SHOULD!! IT IS NOT YOUR RIGHT TO JUDGE PEOPLE BASED ON YOUR IGNORANT OPINIONS!! I have NEVER stolen ANYTHING from anyone and following me around the store and treating me like I'm a thief and not welcome in your store has ruined my respect for your business and has lost your business customers which means you are losing money because of that employee's inability to treat customers with respect and kindness. Some people who visit your store have been working out in their yard and aren't dressed in their best clothes so remember that and keep your judgements and ignorant opinions to yourself instead of projecting them onto...
Read moreEarlier today I placed an online order I received and email confirmation that my order was received on their end and the payment had gone through when I checked online, it was for a couple things so I thought no big deal. Later my dad went to pick up the order since I had put it under his name I assumed it should be fine. Was I surprised when I got a call from him saying they didn’t have the order and more surprisingly they couldn’t find it on their end. After he put me on the phone and I confirmed the order number etc. which he had also done previous to calling me. I was met by a very rude attitude from a manager Ashley to be specific. She was un polite and basically told me all I could do was go through customer service since she had a lot of people waiting in line. She was unable to tell me how long it would take for me to get my online order refunded so I could place a new one, since my dad needed the rope and would rather not wait too long. I just wanted a solution. The whole time she was on the phone she was practically yelling at me, she unable to solve a simple issue to the point she ended up hanging up on me on my dads phone. I had to call him back and eventually he had to buy two sets of the rope I had originally purchased four of online, which a cashier mentioned that might have been the issue with my order. Not sure who hired Ashley as the manager but that decision has to be heavily reevaluated, for the complete lack of customer skills and unwillingness to help and...
Read moreTo those who have left, 1 star reviews recently. Isn't it cute how the so-called Owner responds and says how they'll address it with their management team? No, they won't. They use HR as a third party Weapon against you as an employee there And I promise you things that happened there with the female management who, unless it's a female complaint, ignore it then alienate any male employees to bend the narrative their way and just move things from one side of the store to the other. I suggest you hit another store because nothing changes at 1915... I speak from experience. That's why nobody stays for that long unless you're one of the manager's clicque in which case it's just a matter of time, before she alienates you or has you coming in 3 times a night Every other night when you open to turn off the alarm when she promises an alternating manager schedule for that. lol, it's not going to change, get used to it. " How dare you say that 75-year-old women who can barely lift a box of shirts? Can't move seventy pound tires that sexist" no it's the truth and if you ever work there, make sure you document everything. Because they're so forgetful, and there are thirty day time limits on this and that... go to lowe's or home depot , this place, besides a few people that decide to endure the bs,...
