Do not go here for ANY service unless you want a hassle with "bait and switch" tactics. Already a long time Verizon customer just needing to upgrade two iPhones. Sales rep tells my wife that since we are buying two phones that it is buy one get one half off PLUS that he can include an IPad for $11.99. She says that sounds to good to be true. Sales rep says "nope promotional deal, no strings attached" ( that should have been the sign something was wrong). Wife confirms verbally multiple times that the total price for the IPad is only $11.99 and that we don't have to add a line....naturally she says sounds good to me, make it happen. Fast forward 4-days later.... she receives notification that the iPad is actually $370 and that the $11.99 was "sales tax" (although it doesn't compute correctly). She also finds out that she was charged full price for both phones! A trip back to get the BOHO in writing to ensure we receive the credit for the iPhone on our account and another trip to return the bogus offer iPad plus paying a $35.00 restocking fee.... well let's just say my wife learned a very valuable lesson.
