Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Anderson

Ok. Went thru the drive thru on my way to Seattle. Pulled into a shady spot in the parking lot to eat real quick. I am traveling with both dogs and didn't want to leave them alone in the car. I happen to glance up from what I had been reading whole munching, to see a police officer approaching from the passenger side rear view mirror, his hands on the holster of his gun. briefly I wondered if my sister had been wrong -and it s NOT legal to pack crap on top of your car... Instead he approached the car next to me where 2 men were sitting inside. I looked around and realized I was indeed surrounded by 3 cop cars a canine unit and 6 cops.. As 2 cars were directly behind me , I was going nowhere... And no where is where I went for over an hour. As first the men were arrested then the truck was searched thoroughly and "evidence" collected. Apperantlt that was exhausting cause for a little time after it seemed everyone was on timeout talking on their cell phones... As the officer who seemed to be in charge and I had exchanged greetings he does d know I was still there. And while I did say I wasn't in a terrible hurry. I didn't know that translated to waiting out the whole process. So almost an hour and a half later. The officers had questioned the man about car thefts and home thefts. Taken crack pipes and what they labeled as "silver flatwear" .. I looked actually, it was plats not sterling. But whatever! All of the other officers completely ignored my very existence. Its not like you could miss my car bungied and taped to hell car. Seriously! I was starting to get impatient when finally the officer said it would just be a few. The canine unit loaded up and left first. The damn dog still barking madly. Mr. Main Guy Officer went to the back of his vehicle and removed the handcuffs from the first suspect then the second and presented them with.... A ticket... Apperantlt in Shasta county crack pipes and crack are ticket able offenses! Lol!I had a friend from Redding so my surprise was minimal.. I'd heard the county jail was closed due to funding. They had no where to take you unless you were "special" which is probably why two dudes in a truck felt totally ok with cruising around sublementing cigerette smoking with crack pipe smoking... This place was very good until one night my brother and i went here after ordering online which is useless here since you have to wait in the drive through anyway so whats the point. When we pulled up to the ordering menu my brother said we were here for an online order and instead of asking okay what is your name she snapped at him rudely and said YOU NEED TO TELL ME YOUR NAME! Well we would of if she just asked. My brother then told her i dont need to do anything with that tone of voice. She continued to be rude and my brother was so upset he decided he didnt want to deal with this bad attitude employee after waiting for all the cars in front of us so we backed out and left. We were charged for the order that who knows what this angry girl would of done to it and we didnt want to find out. Horrible customer service for the first time here. We have contacted Jack in the Box about this issue and asked for a refund but they choose to just flat out ignore our concerns and request for a refund. My brother has ordered online before and ate there often for years but decided to never eat there again for every reason. Bad employee you cant trust and bad customer service who dont do whats right like refunding our money or even responding to our complaint and concerns. I guess Jack In The Box really doesnt care much about their customers and the service they receive or we would of heard back from them. I use to like Jack but he must of been replaced by a clown who doesent give...

Your employee STAR needs to be promoted to customer.... This person doesn't need to be dealing with the public , she would be a better fit for waffle house.. .. Disgusting!!!!!! Filthy place can't believe you actually make food for human consumption. UPDATE: SEE LAST FEW LINES...How in the world are you handing people a cardboard clipboard with stacks of already signed credit card receipts, for them to sign theirs Everytime someone runs a card at the drive thru? Put that into perspective for you.... It's a global pandemic right.. first off you have a non sanitizable surface in a food prep area being passed to guest! That alone is major health food violation in a typical situation. And it is gross!! Second you are handing this surface to people through your window, with other peoples receipts attached to it....

Your generic response to my review tells me how much your company does not care or even read these reviews..... your claims of sanitation are false.. the reason i wrote the review is because, anyone who took a actual food safety course could tell you that rough cardboard/ wood surfaces can NOT be sanitized!!!!!! It's impossible. And then they are sending a non sanitizable surface from car to car and bringing back to a food prep area!!!! It's gross!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You people need to go back to...
