We actually found this store in Portland, ME ..... Then we were told there is an Andover shop. Always very helpful sales staff. We've been through a few times, but yesterday the director of the store was not only SO HELPFUL and honest about what looked good and what might be sagging, rumpling a bit.....she was also EXCEPTIONALLY honest. I had accidentally torn a tag off while changing into a dress. I handed her the fallen price tag, with the OTHER dress I would be buying with tag attached. She accidentally charged me for the dress I didn't choose unbeknownst to me (or her). I got a call on my way home telling me what happened and making sure I was refunded the extra $7 dollars I was charged. Honestly - I was happy with the dress I had even for 7$ more. I was so impressed with her honesty. I loved this store before - but now they have a customer for life. And don't even get me started on the dress I bought!...

I purchased a sterling silver gold-plated ring for my 15-year-old, spending nearly $50. I specifically asked the store assistant for a high-quality ring suitable for regular wear. I was assured that the rings on the front display were of good quality and safe for everyday use. Unfortunately, that turned out to be untrue—the ring lost its gold tone in just three weeks. When I called the store, I was told nothing could be done since the 14-day return window had passed. I'm very disappointed that this company sells low-quality products at premium prices and does not stand behind...

I just walked out of this store so pleasantly surprised! As soon as I walked in the store manager, Indira, was SO unbelievably kind. I complimented her outfit, and she ended up pulling a bunch of on trend, super cute stuff for me to try on! She made sure to ask what kind of fit I like before pulling stuff for me. She was so sweet, and made this experience so fun! She gave me the best feedback and cute accessories to envision outfits. I will definitely be coming back!! My mom loved her...
