Was at the Iowa State Fair and was walking by the direct TV booth and was greeted by dakota hagenno vp of sales. After a few moments we decided to switch from dish Network to direct TV and was promised that they would pay the early termination fee and given a sign up bonus. Well we decided to pull the trigger and go for it, Dakota told me to send him a copy of the early termination bill and they will pay it for switching. Talked with Dakota over the phone and was told that he talked to my wife by phone or email, which was a lie. He told me that he sent out $100 dollar gift card to go towards the cancellation fee and that the other $100 sign up bonus can go towards that as well, told him no that's not what he told us and now when I try to talk to him it's like he's a ghost and when I try to call the avs concepts no one answers and vm is full. Recently I had a horriffic experience with Directv spending 4 hours and 6 reps trying to resolve my issue with them. I reached out to AVS and they were quick and responsive.
