I love the sturdiness of Duluth and have never had an issue with their products but what lowered my rating is that I ordered a coat and I do understand this a busy time but the coat I ordered was placed on back order for 10 days from the order date. I contacted customer service and the gal I talked to was very sweet but when I asked if I could exchange the coat for a different one that was the same price they were not doing that, I asked about maybe free expedited shipping once it was back in stock and they weren't able to do that either. I love in Iowa which can have brutal temperatures and now I will have to wait over a month to receive a winter coat and I will already be 1/3 of the way through our winter by the time it reaches me. I have no problems about who I spoke with but Duluth come on and do better by your customers, if they order something and then receive an email that it's on back order when it showed it was in stock online, that isn't their fault and you should really do your best to help your customers whether it be exchanging a coat for the same price or covering the price for expedited shipping. So they don't have to go almost 4 weeks...

I purchased two pair of flex fire hose pants at different times. They are some of the most comfortable pants that I own. Unfortunately, as of recently they have shrunk in length by almost 2". We wash all our clothes in cold water unless something is extremely dirty, then we use warm water. They have been dried in the dryer many times with all our other clothes. Therefore I urge everyone to buy all flex fire hose pants one size longer than normal. When I took them back to exchange them, all I wanted to do was exchange them for a size longer. They returned them at the price I bought them for and then sold the new ones for full price. I ended up paying $15 dollars more to exchange them and lost out on the sale price that I originally got. So if your pants shrink and you got them on sale, soak them in water and hang weights off of each leg to restretch them back to the same length (that is basically what I was informed to do), or buy them too long and roll them up until...

This store was so cool to come into. If you love the catalog in the mail, seeing everything in person was even better. Spent twice as much as I want to, ha! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were deals written out on paper next to certain items and when I took those items to the register they did not ring up on sale. I had to catch it and tell the cashier who had to ask the manager at the front if that was correct. She confirmed and he rang up two more items of the same thing, didn't catch that they were the same, had to tell him again.
