I absolutely must share my remarkable experience with Beach Boutique Rentals, as it was nothing short of exceptional. To keep it concise, due to hurricane Idalia, our original host couldn't accommodate us anymore due to electrical issues, leaving me in a frantic search for a place just a week before our trip. After numerous calls, I was able to find a decent home with Beach Boutique Rentals. Gabrielle and Shanna truly outdid themselves in keeping me informed and updated leading up to my arrival.

Now, here's what truly sets them apart and means the world to me – their immediate response to any issues we encountered. We discovered that the electricity on the left side of the house was not working. Due to our late arrival at 4am, we never went to the left side of the house therefore we didn’t realize until the next day. I reached out to Shanna via email, and almost immediately, she called to inform me that their maintenance team would come to assist. Within 20 minutes (after business hours on a Friday night), a gentleman named Brad arrived.

While the electrical issue was beyond Brad's control, he displayed unwavering commitment to ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect and up to our standards. Despite the inconvenience of an after hour call on a Friday night, Brad prioritized our comfort and satisfaction. He not only resolved the issue but went above and beyond, repeatedly apologizing and demonstrating genuine concern throughout our stay. Brad's dedication to ensuring an exceptional rental experience left a lasting impression. Shanna, Gabrielle, and Brad exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. Even after Brad was done and fixed the issue, Shanna followed up with a call to apologize once more and ensure everything was in order.

I can't express enough how much I appreciate this company and their profound understanding of the importance of top-notch customer service and unwavering guest satisfaction.

To top it all off, I must mention the impeccable cleanliness and overall quality of their property. Beach Boutique Rentals provides everything you could possibly need in a home. They generously supplied an abundance of towels, toiletries, blankets, pillows, everything you possibly need in a kitchen, and my children absolutely adored the pool and hot tub. Moreover, the property's location is in a peaceful cul-de-sac, within walking distance of everything was ideal.

Now, there is one minor issue that I'm not sure if the team had control over. On Airbnb's website, I could book a 3-night stay, but their website stated a minimum 4-night stay was required. When I emailed and called their office to inquire about a 3-night stay, they also declined. I'm still a bit confused and puzzled as to why Airbnb allowed it but they wouldn’t when trying to book directly with them. However, the team's quick responses and excellent customer service far outweigh this minor incident.

In sum, I wholeheartedly recommend Beach Boutique Rentals with the utmost confidence. I place great emphasis on customer service, and their team demonstrated an outstanding commitment to ensuring our stay was superb. Their seamless teamwork and dedication are truly commendable. We're eagerly planning our return to AMI soon, and there's no question that we'll be renting from them once more. We rented 207 Archer Way, Anna Maria Island through Beach Boutique Rentals for June 30–July 5 , 2025 for our first family vacation, excited for the beautiful lazy river pool shown online. When we arrived, the yard was overgrown, the pool was green with a broken pump, and the water smelled like sewage when using the showers and toilets.

Despite immediate complaints, the pool was unusable for days, ruining the main reason we booked the property. The company only dumped chemicals into the green water but never fixed the pump, and the pool remained unsafe for our family.

Shockingly, they kicked us out at 4 PM, forcing our family—including my elderly mother—to repack and leave mid-week, ruining our Fourth of July vacation. While we received a refund, the experience was unprofessional and upsetting.

We do not recommend this company due to false advertising, poor property maintenance, and how they treated our family. We have photos documenting the condition of the property and the pool for anyone considering renting.

It was clearly not a temporary pump issue it was not working at all! All false information form this company!!

We checked in a little before 4pm and contacted Beach Boutique Rentals as soon as we unpacked and saw the pool at 4:57 PM. A technician never came to the house for inspect the pool as we were there due to rain. See In message chain above she admitted the pool pump was broken and would not fix until a few days later. They Took our money, didn't uphold their agreement, and kicked our family out on a holiday weekend with no valid reason. We just exercised our right for a credit or legal would be the next option. Our family of 4 stayed at Ocean Minded for a week and it was just an amazing place. The interior of the house was so well thought out and designed with a calming color and material pallette. It was casual yet sophisticated, so we all felt very comfortable to relax and lounge while feeling a sense of luxury. The kitchen is beautiful! And also super functional! The ice machine came in handy for shaking up cocktails in the breezy lanai....needles to say it was happy hour most of the time we were there...we were pampered to say the least!

The design theme carries seamlessly to the pool area where lush landscapes provide privacy to feel the freedom to really unwind. We were amazed at how well-kept the property was and how clear the blue pool looked....truly an oasis!

We all loved our bathrooms as they had unique characteristics that you could tell the owner spent time to curate...it felt intentional and personal to be cared for like that

So while it was great to be at Ocean Minded, the location was just as awesome! You're a short walk or bike ride to everything in the heart of the island. We were thrilled to see that the island has such a wonderful food scene.....fresh seafood, steaks, burgers, treats, coffee, cocktails....you name it, you can get it within just a few blocks. The rental agency and owner made an amazing guide for us with personalized reviews of each place which was so helpful (they have great taste!)

Overall we had an amazing stay and was so grateful that the owner was able to share not only their home to us but their efforts to really make our vacation the best it could...
