Bradlick Shopping Center — Local services in Annandale

Typical strip mall shopping center. Recently had a face lift to make it look a little more modern. Parking can sometimes be difficult, but there is generally sufficient parking. Restaurants are all acceptable and clean. A fair variety of specialty stores and service shops. Overall, a convenient location with a good variety of shops and eateries. There used to be a local pub (Little Italy), which left when their lease cost went up and the owner felt they could no longer make a profit. I wish a local pub/ tavern would take up shop there again, as it was a great place to eat and have a beer or two.

In terms of selection, the Bradlick Shopping center is pretty good. I've seen better, but it's conveniently located off of Braddock Road, so it's hard to complain.

That said, this is probably one of the worst designed shopping centers I've ever been to. There seems to be traffic at all hours of the day, parking is almost always a hassle and everything just feels tight and cramped. I get that there's a lot of thru traffic and busy road surrounding it, but there has to be a better design for this. Nice variety of stores and food for a small Plaza with no vacancies.. Giant grocery store, Mcdonalds and Starbucks anchor the Plaza, and recent addition of a texmex restaurant rounds out the Chinese, Thai, Pho, and subway food options.
