If I could give 0 stars I would, me and my boyfriend came in to this place because we found it on google and it had good reviews. We were really excited to try the drinks and did enjoy them. However, the drink they gave me came with the wrong straw so i couldn’t get any of the boba & i sent my boyfriend in to get the correct one. He was treated so rudely by a small lady at the counter when he asked Kindly for a boba straw. She claimed they only had one size and when he explained to her that the straw given wasn’t able to suck up the boba, she claimed “ well that has never been an issue” so my boyfriend (who has trouble speaking English well) just said thank you and left because he felt so embarrassed and as if she was being super rude due to his ethnicity. I went in to talk to them but was met with other workers who happily gave me the correct straw. I don't understand why this lady was making such a scene for a boba straw? Thats disgusting and definitely will never come back to this place . Clearly if you don’t speak English well, you are not welcomed at this...

This is apparently a west coast bubble tea chain and is located in the corner of Bradlick Shopping Center by Gold's Gym. Inside, it's clean and cute. There was a short line but the person ahead of me ordered 10ish drinks so I had to wait a while because they weren't prepared to order and went back and forth with the cashier for a good 10 mins (maybe next time you can figure out your long order BEFORE going to the cashier??? There are paper menus you can take and peruse while in line).

The cashier was very patient and accommodating and they were able to prepare the person's order ahead of me within 10 mins, so they worked very quickly. He also apologized for the wait, so great customer service.

The drinks I chose were the brown sugar latte w/boba and the Thai tea brulee. Both drinks were delicious and the Thai tea one reallllyyyy stood out in terms of uniqueness. I got regular sweetness and didn't find it to be overbearing sweet. The boba was fresh and chewy all the way through. The cups are cute, too. I'm already planning...

I’ve been drinking boba since 2018, and this is the best boba shop I’ve been to.

I was in the area for two days, the first day I went there and got the Ceylon milk tea w tiramisu brûlée foam and it was so good. The milk tea was quite strong which is how I like it and the tiramisu foam was like a dessert on top of the milk tea it really worked with the milk tea. The second day I decided to go again and got the uji green milk tea w tiramisu foam and the brûlée Thai milk tea both were superb, I’ve tried a lot of green milk teas and this was the best. I used to be obsessed with Thai tea and now I am again, the Thai tea brûlée was so good. Highly recommend this place of your looking for the best boba with...
