The pho here is very tasty and delicious but had a horrible experience with the server.

Her name is Vick -

She started off my taking our order for lunch. First of all, the food came out really late (took 20 minutes for our order to arrive...) Summer rolls didn't even arrive before the meal. We had to remind them of the summer rolls TWICE. Then she made mistakes on all of our orders and instructions (i.e. no onions, noodle subsitutions, no summer rolls until we had to keep asking for it). So we had to ask them to take the food back to get it corrected. But the 2nd time it came out, they still made a mistake on the instructions but my coworker and I just gave up and just ate it. Vick never apologized to us either.. We had already wasted 40 minutes of our lunch break.... Finally, when we went up the register to pay for our meal I asked for the manager to explain what happened but Lynn was not there. So, I kindly spoke to our server Vick about our experience and before I could even finish my sentence she says, "you can go ahead." Go ahead and what? So I asked, "what do you mean go ahead?" She says, "You can go ahead and tell my manager, it doesn't matter." At this point, I am furious at how rude this lady is. But, I continue to speak to her and she keeps cutting me off by saying "go ahead go ahead.." I told her that it's okay to make mistakes but just for future customers just try to atleast say "sorry." Even till the end of all this, Vick had failed to apologize. She kept looking away as I was speaking, so we just left.

Here's my final advice for you Vick, if you can't memorize your customer's orders - invest in a notepad and pen to write it down. It's alright to make mistakes, but in life you need to learn how to say "SORRY" girl. You clearly have some personal issues in life but don't bring that to your job. We are PAYING customers at a restaurant and you are bringing the restaurant owner's business down. You need to stop being selfish and learn to serve properly no matter where you work.

This was the worst customer experience in my 25 years of living. I am...

I went to the restaurant yesterday and as soon as I walked in I saw several signs asking customers to be patient as they are short staffed. I thought to myself this is a great way of communicating to customers real challenges with the pandemic. However, this is absolutely no reason to completely ignore someone coming in, your only customer and to be outride rude. My friend was there before I was and noted the servers rude behavior. There were three servers and they just sat and did nothing. I CAME IN, and also sat and noticed they were doing nothing. The server was very short and didnt answer questions or clarify menu options to my satisfaction, he just pointed at the menu and said ,"what is there is there" . I remember this restaurant used to serve mock meats that were vegan. He wouldnt answer my question. He hurried back to his spot behind a huge shield as my friend asked for another straw since he accidentally touched the tip of the straw with his hand as he removed the paper from it. I had to get up from my chair and ask for another straw on my friends behalf and ask for another straw. I said it politely but he yelled back " I already gave you one" . Due to his incredibly standoffish and rude behavior, I was incredibly embarassed that I asked my friend to meet me there. I GAVE ZERO TIP. he obnoxisouly asked for a tip, I said this was a learning lesson for your rude behavior and poor service. Although food was good, I wont come again. I wear a head scarf and my Friend is African American and I couldnt help but feel we were not welcome at his place due to our backgrounds. What a shame. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT IMMEDIATELY AND THIS IS A LEARNING LESSON FOR ME. Never again will i sit in a place where someone disrespects my friend who I invited for dinner....

I have been patronizing this restaurant since it's opening, dining in and delivery. Today I called to place a pho delivery. After multiple attempts to take my order right, the guy on phone says it is not enough for delivery. So I said double the order and provided my credit card#. He said it would be 15 minutes. Almost at one hour, I Called and he said you said you were picking it up. I said no, when u said not enough for delivery, I doubled the order to meet the delivery pricing and gave u my credit card number. I mentioned I would like the soup fresh and redone since the tofu has been sitting for an hour now. He said he wasn't authorized to provide fresh food???!!! I asked for the manager and again mentioned we order all the time...know Nickie and the older gentlman. Noted, if we were dining in u would not serve food that had been sitting for an hour. Asked for his name 4 times as he would not provide. Finally said his name is Toan and no manager was on duty.

Jumped in car, went to pick up and expect fresh food. This was the worst service ever.!!! I love the food, but not worth this service experience!

Nickie, not the service to keep the neighborhood coming...

I’ll be honest, I’ve never been the biggest fan of Vietnamese food, but this place could be converting me. I had the beef stir fry and it was delicious. The people in my party got several different variations of pho and curry and both look very good. All the food is served piping hot which adds a lot to the flavor. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and on top of all the needs your table might have. They even do a good job at keeping your water glass full which, anyone who eats Eastern food consistently will tell you, is a necessity. The only reason this place isn’t getting 5 stars is because of the price. The menu ranges pretty much from $8-13 which isn’t bad for one person, but can add up for a group. I’m also not a huge fan of the smell of the restaurant. Maybe it’s just me, but it kind of smells like baby wipes. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Can I give this restaurant six stars? I loved everything about this pho restaurant. Their spring rolls were great, their pho was perfect, and the service? Way better than I would have thought possible. Let me tell you a story. I was eating, enjoying about a half bottle of Sriracha and chili sauce with my pho, and the server would just roll around and refill my water as I kept chugging. I had an urgent work situation and was on my phone, went up to pay, and left. I had a freak-out moment and drove back to ask if I'd left my wallet in the restaurant, and they bent over backwards to try to help me find it. A server even helped me dig through my car to look for it! So, dismayed and not having found it, I drove back home. Parked my car and it was on the floor under some clothes in the back because I'm an idiot, but still. How great is this place?

The pho here is absolutely incredible—the broth alone blew me away. It’s so rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced that you don’t even need to add hoisin or sriracha. That’s how you know it’s the real deal. The service was just as impressive. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience feel even better. To top it off, the tofu pudding for dessert was a pleasant surprise. I’m usually not a fan of tofu, but this dish completely changed my mind—it was smooth, subtly sweet, and genuinely delicious. Pair all of that with the cozy atmosphere, great music, and inviting vibe, and you’ve got a spot that feels like a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.
